License Agreement
By purchasing a Bundle you are being granted a license to use these files for specific uses under certain conditions.
- Lexington Themes grants the user an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide license to utilize the digital work.
- You are licensed to use the Item to create unlimited End Products for yourself or for your clients, and the End Product may be sold, licensed, sublicensed, or freely distributed.
Personal License
A Personal License is defined as using purchased “Items” individually and not as a part of a company, business, non-profit, or any other organization.
However, Personal Use also includes Commercial Work if you’re a freelancer or independent creator not employed by such enterprises. Commercial Work includes any work done for clients, companies, or commercial projects.
Team License
Lexington Themes grants you an ongoing, non-exclusive license to use the UI Kits.
This license grants permission for up to 20 employees or contractors of the Licensee to access and use the UI Kits.
Rules attached to Personal & Team licenses
You can:
- Use the UI Kits to create unlimited End Products.
- Modify the UI Kits to create derivative components and UI Kits (subject to this license).
- Use the UI Kits to create unlimited End Products for unlimited Clients.
- Use the UI Kits to create End Products where the End Product is sold to End Users.
- Use the UI Kits to create End Products that are open source and freely available to End Users.
You cannot:
- Use the Components or UI Kits to create End Products that allow an End User to build their own End Products using the Components or UI Kits or their derivatives.
- Re-distribute the Components or UI Kits separately from an End Product.
- Use the Components or UI Kits to create End Products that are the property of any individual or entity other than the Licensee or their Clients.
- Use the Components or UI Kits to produce anything deemed competitive or in conflict with the business of Unwrapped AB.
- Use the templates or components for training AI models.
Usage
Allowed:
- Creating a website for your company
- Creating a website or web application for a client (owned by the client)
- Creating a commercial SaaS application where users pay to access it
- Creating a commercial self-hosted web application sold for a one-time fee
- Creating a web application that is free and open source (not intended to redistribute the components)
Not Allowed:
- Creating a public repository of Lexington Themes components or templates
- Creating versions of the templates/components for other frameworks (React, Vue, etc.)
- Creating a “website builder” that allows users to build sites using the components
- Creating templates/themes from Lexington components for resale or free distribution
- Creating admin panels from Lexington components for resale or free distribution
- Using the templates for any project not owned by your company or your client (e.g., side projects by team members)
- Using Lexington components in hosted site builder platforms, even if users cannot export sites
- Using the templates or components for training AI models
Other license terms
- No attribution or backlink to Lexington Themes is required.
- All rights for photos and illustrations remain with their original owners. These are for demo purposes only.
- Lexington Themes is not responsible for any outcome from using its products.
Compulsory law
If you violate the license, a refund may be issued at our discretion. In cases of blatant and malicious violations, no refund will be given.
The copyright of the Lexington Themes Kits is owned by Unwrapped AB. You are granted only the rights described in this license.
Unwrapped AB reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for unauthorized use.
Accountability
Unwrapped AB’s liability is limited to a refund of your license fee. It is not liable for consequential damages or third-party claims.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Mariehamn, Åland Islands, and the applicable laws of Finland. Legal proceedings may only be brought in the courts of Mariehamn.
You agree to receive legal notices via the email on your original order.
