Hello, this is Mike, the creator of Lexington Themes, and I invite you to explore Lexington Themes Refund Rules. As a store, these guidelines specify what you can anticipate from Lexington for the items you purchase. They are applicable to me and customers.

Since the products offered on the website are digital goods and cannot be “returned,” the refund policy is crafted with this consideration. It’s important to note that, besides these rules, specific laws regarding refunds may vary by country. If applicable, local laws in your area are not excluded.

Before you ask for a refund

If you’ve bought a product on Lexington Themes and encounter a technical issue, I suggest reaching me out at michael@andreuzza.com for assistance. Frequently, I will be able to provide support and help troubleshoot any problems you may be facing.

Asking for refunds

I understand, however, that sometimes I may not be able to resolve your issue, or there may be circumstances in which a refund is justified. In such cases, here are the circumstances where you could expect me to offer a refund:

  • Item is “not as described” or the item doesn’t work the way it should.
  • Item has a security vulnerability.
  • Item support is promised but not provided.
  • Items that have not been downloaded.
  • Resolving disputes - asking Lexington Themes to help.

The product is either inaccurately described or fails to function as expected.

In the event that the product does not operate as intended, I am obligated to promptly address the issue through item updates. A product is considered “not as described” if it significantly differs from the provided item description or preview. If the problem cannot be resolved, or if it is determined that the item is indeed “not as described,” you would be eligible for a refund from me.

The product has a security vulnerability

If the item contains a security vulnerability that cannot be easily fixed, you would be entitled to a refund. If the issue is fixable, I will promptly address it by updating the item.

Promised Item Support Not Provided:

If I advertise my product as including item support, and you have a current support entitlement that is not provided according to the item support policy, I will provide you with a refund.

Items Not Downloaded:

If you haven’t downloaded a purchased item within 24 hours from the date of purchase, you may qualify for a refund. You will need to provide me, with your purchase code to verify your claim of non-download. While I consider 24 hours a reasonable timeframe, depending on your location, you might have a longer period to claim a refund if the purchase is for personal use and the item hasn’t been downloaded.

Resolving Disputes - Seeking Assistance from Lexington Themes:

If you and I can’t come to an agreement about a refund, you can raise a dispute and have Lexington Themes investigate the matter. I may ask you to provide supporting documentation or evidence. Any refund issued by Lexington Themes is entirely discretionary. I will make a decision based on all available information, and you agree that my decision is final.

Neither Lexington Themes nor I am obliged to give policy refunds in any of the situations listed below.

Common Scenarios Not Entitled to Refund:

  • You don’t want it after you’ve downloaded it.
  • The item did not meet your expectations or you feel the item is of low quality.
  • You simply change your mind.
  • You bought an item by mistake.
  • You do not have sufficient expertise to use the item.
  • You claim that you are entitled to a refund but do not provide sufficient information as to why you are entitled to a refund.
  • You can no longer access the item because it has been removed. (I advise you to download items as soon as you have purchased them to avoid this situation).

Refund Exclusion for Free Demo Templates:

If you have downloaded a free demo template, please note that you are not entitled to a refund. The purpose of the demo is to allow users to evaluate the product before making a purchase decision. It’s important to understand that demos are created using the same structure as the full product, providing a representative example of its features and design.

No Refund for Lower Theme Version:

If you find that the theme has a lower version than the latest release, please note that this does not qualify for a refund. Themes are regularly updated to provide improvements, new features, and compatibility enhancements. Users are encouraged to update to the latest version on their end, which is typically easily accessible, and issues related to lower versions can be resolved through this update process.
