October 11, 2026 — Update

  • Listings now show price per m², energy class, monthly fee and the next viewing on cards and detail pages, and link to their agent and neighborhood.
  • Properties index and status pages filter by country and city.
  • Neighborhood pages show commute, schools and average price per m² with the homes for sale there; agent pages show city, languages, active listings and sold homes.
  • New home sections: Next open house, Where we sell, Recently sold (asking price, final price, days on market) and Your agent. Recently sold also runs on the sell page.
  • New Stories collection replaces Customers; blog tags removed; resources, mega menu and copy rewritten around one set of facts.
  • Redesigned dark footer with a valuation call to action, office addresses with local clocks and a full-width wordmark.
  • Added Lenis smooth scroll, sharper property card images and an inverted Button variant.
  • Removed MDX and unused components; refreshed AGENTS.md, the bundled rules and the design skill.
  • The Astro + Sanity CMS and Astro + EmDash CMS variants are unchanged in this release.

September 3, 2026 — Update

  • Expanded the design system skill at .cursor/skills/westend-design/SKILL.md: typography, color usage, spacing rhythm, component conventions, and do/don’t rules extracted from the theme’s own code, so AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex) build UI that matches the theme.
  • AGENTS.md links the design rules in every variant.

August 15, 2026 — Update

  • Refreshed Astro + Tailwind CSS dependencies to latest stable releases.
  • Refreshed Astro + Sanity CMS variant dependencies (astro@7.2.2, Tailwind v4.3.3, Sanity v6.9.x, and related packages).
  • Updated integrations and related packages (@lexingtonthemes/seo, @astrojs/*, Tailwind).
  • Refreshed Astro + EmDash CMS variant dependencies (astro@7.2.2, Tailwind v4.3.3, EmDash v0.33.x, and related packages).

August 9, 2026 — Update

  • Added a new Astro + EmDash CMS variant: built-in admin at /_emdash/admin, ten collections (properties, agents, services, neighborhoods, open houses, careers, customers, blog, resources, legal), LiveSearch across all collections, and Cloudflare Workers deploy (D1 + R2).
  • Includes buyer docs (STARTING-UP.md, SEO.md, AGENTS.md), route audit script, and a local SQLite + npm run setup workflow.
  • The Astro + Tailwind CSS and Astro + Sanity CMS variants are unchanged in this release.

June 23, 2026 — Update

  • Upgraded to Astro v7 stable (7.0.0) — no longer on beta.
  • The Astro + Sanity CMS variant front-end has also been updated to Astro v7 stable.
  • Refreshed integrations and dependencies (@lexingtonthemes/seo, @astrojs/*, Tailwind).

June 11, 2026 — Update

  • Upgraded to Astro v7 and Tailwind CSS v4.
  • The Astro + Sanity CMS variant has been upgraded to Astro v7, Tailwind CSS v4, and Sanity v6.
  • Updated integrations and dependencies for v7 compatibility.

March 29, 2026 — Update

  • Added AGENTS.md and Cursor rules (.cursor/rules) for AI-assisted development, on both the Astro + Tailwind CSS and Astro + Sanity CMS versions, each adapted to its repo layout.

January 23, 2026 — Update

  • Added a new variant with Sanity CMS integration with a ready-to-use Sanity Studio and full Astro front-end support.
  • Introduced CMS-powered content types for editorial workflows.
  • Now available as part of the new Full Access and Agency tiers.
