Layout & Structure

A 12 column grid with rounded photos and light cards, where the shader and a dark card close most pages. Roles, teams, stories and posts are Markdown collections, and the teams, levels and salary bands live in one file, so one edit updates the roles, the team pages and the benefits.

Colour, your way

A white ground, near black ink and one colour and mark per team, used for chips, cards and the shader. Change a token in one file and the whole site follows.

Hirewise is also available with Sanity CMS (Sanity Studio + monorepo) or EmDash CMS (built-in admin, Cloudflare deploy) for teams that need a visual editor without giving up Astro performance.
