Layout & Structure

The page splits in two halves, like the navigation: captions, rows and links line up on the middle line. Projects and posts are Markdown collections, so a new project is one file and a few photos.

Colour, your way

Four tokens: white, near-black ink and two greys. The colour comes from the photographs; change a token in one file and the whole site follows.

Simplexity is also available with Sanity CMS (Sanity Studio + monorepo) or EmDash CMS (built-in admin, Cloudflare deploy) for designers who want a visual editor without giving up Astro performance.
